Is it better to stay in Bergamo’s Upper Town or the city centre?
The Upper Town is ideal for a romantic or cultural break: Piazza Vecchia, medieval towers, restaurants and historic lanes are all within walking distance. The city centre is practical for work, Humanitas Castelli appointments and airport connections. The hills offer peace and extra space for families and groups.
Can I check in late at night?
Yes. Before arrival, you receive a personal code that opens the entrance and your accommodation, so there is no key collection. You can check in independently even if you arrive late. This does not mean that staffed support operates 24/7.
How do I get here from Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY)?
The airport is connected to central Bergamo by bus and taxi. Driving usually takes around 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic. Maison al Parco is the closest option for very early flights or late arrivals.
Is parking available, and how does the Upper Town ZTL work?
The Upper Town is a Limited Traffic Zone. Palazzo Rivola has private parking with ZTL access, currently listed at €30 per night; Palazzo Salvecchio also offers parking. For the other properties, you receive guidance on the most convenient car parks.
Is breakfast included?
Dipende dalla struttura. A Palazzo Rivola la colazione è preparata al momento; nelle altre case ogni scheda elenca i servizi inclusi. Trovi il dettaglio completo nella pagina di ogni struttura.
Why should I book direct instead of using an online travel agency?
Your booking goes directly to Rivola Group, without an intermediary. You can check the direct rate and discuss requests such as a late arrival, a cot or practical travel information with the team managing your stay.
